Important Customer InformationQ. Is my payment secure?
A. Yes. All credit card transactions take place in a secure electronic environment through the WorldPay system. In this system, credit card payments are protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that all transactions are above the international standard for security and safety.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. There is no delivery charge for any order Australia wide. The delivery costs have been factored into the price of each product so when you order you know exactly what you are going to be charged. Even with these delivery charges factored in, you will find our products the most cost effective, quality products on the market. No matter where in Australia you are located, your ARL Development products will be delivered to your door, free of any additional delivery charges.
Q. How long will delivery take?
A. Orders in NSW can usually expect next day delivery. Orders to other States and Territories should allow up to five working days for delivery. If you have not received your purchased goods within five working days, please contact the ARL Development warehouse by way of the contact details provided on our Online Shop. Q. Do you deliver Australia wide?
A. Yes. Our products are delivered to all States and Territories. Q. Can I request that my purchase be sent to a Post Office box?
A. No. We request that all deliveries be directed to street addresses. Post Offices will not accept courier deliveries. Please enter your shipping instructions upon ordering your products. These instructions should include notification of when an authorized person will be at the location to receive the products, and directions as to where to leave the products if nobody is contactable at the location (eg. with the neighbor). Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by ARL Development to be authorised to receive the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, ARL Development may charge you additional delivery fees. Q. Can I request that my purchase be sent to my school or football club?
A. Yes. However, it is important that the nature of the location is advised, along with times when the location will be open or when an authorized person will be at the location. The products will not be left outside a school or club if there is not an authorized contact person to accept the products. ARL Development may charge you additional delivery fees if such a scenario occurs. Q. Why can’t I purchase only one football?
A. Due to the nature of the shipment (courier), the delivery cost for small orders is excessive and therefore uneconomical. Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. No. ARL Development does NOT offer refunds. If a product is ordered incorrectly by the customer, ARL Development will offer an exchange of the goods to the same or greater value; however any additional charges will be incurred by the customer. If a product is received by the customer in an unsatisfactory state, ARL Development will assess the nature of the fault and may offer a replacement. In this case, ARL Development will incur any additional costs. Q. Do the footballs come inflated?
A. No. To minimise delivery costs, footballs will not be inflated by ARL Development. Q. What is the advantage of becoming an Online Shop member?
A. Once you register as an ARL Development Online Shop member, you will have access to all your ordering history. You will be able to login to access any baskets which you have created, and orders which you have placed. You will also be able to verify that your payment has been accepted and that your products have been delivered. For any further purchases, your membership details, including shipping address and contact details, will be remembered once you login. Your details will be kept securely by ARL Development and ARL Development will not distribute them to any other organizations, except for the purposes of fulfilling your order, in accordance with the ARL Development privacy policy.
